A traveling circus came to town.

After the performance was over, he walked his family home.

A group of drunk men on the street was harassing one of the performers from earlier. A little demon girl dressed up like an acrobat.

He stopped, and yelled at them.

" Hey, leave the girl alone," he said.

" What, hero, you're going to take up for one of these lousy, heathen-"

He took out the ceremonial, useless sword nobles had to carry with them, and pointed it at them.

" I don't care what you have to say. Leave the girl alone. She wasn't hurting anybody," he growled.

His son clapped and cheered as they all scuttled away.
