He couldn't help but smile. It had been so long since he'd been with her. He'd forgotten just how soft and sentimental she was.

Even though he didn't particularly like that kind of candy, maybe he could give them to Aislin. He still wasn't sure whether the man had a sweet tooth or not.

He took out the little card, and put it in his breast pocket.

" Are you done resting, Searcy?" he asked his horse. It looked up from the stream it was drinking from and flicked an ear at him.
